The Starship Paediatric Update is held every Wednesday morning from 8:00 - 9:00 am in the Big Rangitoto Room at Lab Plus and is broadcast around the country to other District Health Board sites via the telepaediatrics network.

The Paediatric Update is an opportunity to listen to speakers from within Starship and guest speakers from external organisations, on a wide variety of paediatric health-related topics.

Dial in to the 'Starship Breakfast Update" on the Telepaediatrics network. Please make sure your microphone is on "mute" during the presentation. If the microphone is live, any noises in your room will be broadcast around the country. On most Telepaeds equipment red light on = mute. On some equipment there is an icon on the screen which shows whether the microphone is muted or not.

If you are a presenter we have put together a guide for information about timing, audience, format, equipment, session recordings and location which can be downloaded here: Guide for update presenters.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Over the coming months we will be using zoom to hold the Paediatric Updates to give people greater flexibility to dial in to the meeting from more locations. See the following instructions on how to use zoom.
