Who are we

The Neonatal Trust is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to families of premature or sick full term babies as they make their journey through Neonatal Intensive Care, the transition home and onwards.

What we offer

  • A Parent Resource Centre on Level 9 at Auckland City Hospital, just outside the front entrance to NICU. Open Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm

  • Subsidised Breast Pump Hire. Breastfeeding accessories also available

  • Premature Clothing Kit Hire service

  • Morning Tea Sessions for parents with babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

  • Free Library Service - books and information relating to premature and high risk babies

  • Premature and Newborn Clothing available for purchase

  • Developmental Playgroup for babies who have been in a NICU or SCBU. The Group runs every 2nd Thursday, 10am @ The Parenting Place, 300 Great South Road, Greenlane. (February - December). This is a FREE service

  • Referral to other organisations & appropriate support groups e.g Multiples NZ, Cerebral Palsy Society, SANDS
