Further Education & Innovation Grant
The Starship Foundation offers grants to support staff development and service improvement through the Further Education Grant and Innovation Grant. Both require a line manager endorsement outlining how the education or project will benefit the service and department.
Further Education
Supports staff attending courses, conferences, or professional development that enhance knowledge and clinical practice.
Innovation Grant
Supports staff or teams developing new ideas or initiatives that improve services, patient care, or outcomes.
