Your feedback

If you have a feedback about a service or care that you or a family member received at Starship, please let us know. We welcome all constructive feedback because without it we cannot continually improve our services or share positive stories with staff.

There are several ways you can give us feedback regarding the service and care we provide. This feedback is greatly appreciated.

You can:

  • Complete a Customer Feedback form which is available at the feedback box in the ward, outpatients reception area and by the lifts.
