|Indication||Oncology patients where a fungal infection is suspected|
|1||CAP (Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis) C+ Portal Venous Phase 60
seconds delay 2mL/kg maximum dose 100 mL
Refer to CAP XCARE Child or CAP Flash Child
|2||Following CAP continue with
Head Standard XCARE Child 128 PR600 including all sinuses.
This can be done within 10 minutes post CAP C+ so a further injection of IV contrast is not required.
Reconstruct Sinuses images using the bone fine cuts; create 3mm axial, coronal and sagittal MPRs
