  • How long should I allow for my child's outpatient appointment?

We suggest for a first outpatient visit you should allow one hour for your consultation, plus an extra half an hour to park and find your way to the clinic reception.

  • What facilities are at Starship and the Greenlane Clinical Centre?

Use our 'What's at Starship'  information pages to find facilities and resources available at Starship Children's Health and the Greenlane Clinical Centre, including places to buy food, ATM machines and baby changing facilities.

  • What does the non-smoking policy mean?

The Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) has a smokefree policy. This means that no smoking is permitted anywhere within ADHB grounds - this applies to both Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Hospital.
