Indication Discrepancy in Leg lengths and rotation of limbs
Patient Position - feet first
- supine
- legs evenly positioned and internally rotated
- toes touching

Immobilise with cushions and straps when necessary.

Scanogram use separate accession number position as above.
Scan Area Rotational Profile:
1- Hips- From acetabular roof to the lesser trochanter.
2- Distal Femur - Proximal Tibia
4- Distal Tibia
     See diagram below for required images.
Scanogram:
Iliac crests to distal surface of the Os Calsis using gonad shielding.

Occasionally a series of sequential scans can be used to obtain the required imaging. Use the diagram below as a guide to obtain:
1. Hips - Acetabular roof to the lesser Trochanter 
2. Distal Femur
3. Proximal Tibia
4. Distal Tibia
