Famous ventriloquist David Strassman and his loving, well meaning puppet Ted E Bear helped brighten up the day of some special Starship kids during a visit today.

 

The star, who is currently performing in Auckland with Ted E's retirement show, was only too happy to visit the children while Ted E was more interested in who had the best lollies.

 

Strassman has visited the hospital several times and supports children's charities around the world including Starship.
